SSAB is now looking for a Team Leader for our newly formed Service Team within the Transformation Office in Luleå. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in one of Sweden's largest industrial future projects - the construction of our new steel mill.

Service Team TO is a newly created team to support both SSAB's organization and our suppliers in the practical implementation of the project. As Team Leader Service Team you will be responsible for leading and distributing the daily work of a team of up to 10 people, consisting of both white-collar and blue-collar employees.

The team handles a wide variety of service and support tasks, for example:

• Responsibility for office and changing modules.
• Management of project vehicles.
• Electric maintenance, PSU and ongoing service needs.
• Practical tasks such as signage, wayfinding, anti-slip and other operational tasks.

As a team leader, you will be a key person who ensures that the team delivers high service, works safely and contributes to smooth project implementation. Some production work will be involved.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team - focusing on a good working climate and high job satisfaction.
• Distribute tasks and create structure in the daily work.
• Ensure effective and positive cooperation with other functions, internal and external.
• Responsible for resource planning and daily operations.
• Follow up on key performance indicators and work data-driven to improve processes and results.
• Ensure that the team works safely and in accordance with SSAB's procedures.
• Drive a culture of commitment, job satisfaction and continuous improvement.

About you

We are looking for you who have

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar management role.
• Experience in leading teams of 7-10 people.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English.
• B driving license.
• Good computer skills (Office package and administrative systems).
• A service-oriented, driving and responsible way of working.

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience from construction projects or industrial environments.
• Experience working in service centers or similar activities.
• Experience of international working environments.
• Local knowledge of the Luleå area.
