As a Production Planner at SSAB in Finspång, you will be an important part of a team of three people who together are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. The role is administrative and central to our business, and you will:

• Plan and manage materials: Place orders for steel and paint in the system based on forecasts and current needs.
• Manage order management: Ensure that incoming orders are complete and supplement when needed.
• Work with production follow-up: Analyze and manage production outcomes.

The working hours are daytime, 07:00 - 15:30, with the possibility of flex.

The period of employment is flexible and can last until August 14, 2026 at the latest.

About you

• You thrive in a dynamic work environment and have the ability to handle both planning and unexpected changes.
• You are flexible and have the ability to quickly adjust plans in case of unforeseen events.
• You are motivated by combining simpler tasks, such as ordering materials, with more complex challenges such as optimizing production flows.
• You have computer skills and good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
• You have experience of administrative work, preferably in logistics or production planning.
• You have the ability to plan and prioritize work based on both customer and production needs.
• You have a willingness to work closely with colleagues and contribute to the success of the team.
• If you have experience from logistics programs or a degree in logistics, this is an advantage.
