We are looking for temporary workers for our paint coating process and unloading during the period 22/6 to 14/8. Introduction and training will be added depending on previous experience. The work is mostly organized in shift teams.

Becoming part of the SSAB family means joining a journey. A journey that we believe is crucial for the future and sustainability of the planet. Steel has been one of the most important materials for the development of our society and will continue to be so in the future. In our homes, in bridges connecting our cities and in the cars of tomorrow. At SSAB, we are proud of our history and our leadership in high strength steel. At the same time, we are aware that steel production is one of the industries that emits the most greenhouse gases in the world. This must change. We have therefore developed the world's first fossil-free process for steel production and are committed to becoming largely fossil-free. As part of SSAB, you will be important in realizing this goal and thus contribute to a green transition of the entire steel industry.

About the position

We have a need to fill temporary positions in our production and loading. A production operator monitors and controls the process in our paint coating process. The loading department is responsible for loading and unloading materials. Trucking experience is meritorious.

As we have a continuous process, operations are conducted around the clock and it is crucial that you can work shifts with varying working hours.

About you

  • We are looking for employees who are interested in technology and production.
  • We look favorably if you have previous experience in production operations and have a practical approach.
  • You are responsible, careful, unpretentious and understand the importance of the work being carried out with good quality.
  • It is important that you are flexible and can handle changes in the pace of work.
  • If you have a B driving license, truck and/or traver card, this is an advantage but not a requirement. Attach a valid forklift and traver card to your application.
  • To work in our business, you must be 18 years old.
