About the service

The training coordinator has a significant role in SSAB Luleå's transition towards a fossil-free future. The role is new, which enables the creation of structure and working methods. You will belong to the organization at Koksverket and have a collegial exchange with production and its managers to map knowledge levels, training needs, coordinate effective training and support managers with staffing planning. You will also coordinate and update existing and new work instructions/descriptions.

About you

  • The applicant is a self-motivated, committed, communicative and flexible person.
  • We see that you have a high school education, do you have previous experience as a coordinator or similar, we see this as meritorious, good at Excel is an advantage
  • You find it easy to express yourself both in speech and in shifts
  • You have a natural aptitude for administration and structure while focusing on the individual.
