Are you the one?

SSAB is about to make history. We will be the first steel company in the world to deliver fossil-free steel to the market - already in 2026. This is not only a promise to the industry, it is a contribution to a sustainable society and a better planet.

Working at SSAB means that you are an active part of this revolutionary change - every day you contribute to production is a step towards a greener future.

The Electronics-Instruments section belongs to a centrally organized department that interacts with all levels of production. In close cooperation with the production units, we deliver qualified services in instruments, electronics, measuring devices and mechanics.

Becoming part of the SSAB family means joining a journey. A journey that we believe is crucial for the future and sustainability of the planet. Steel has been one of the most important materials for the development of our society and will continue to be so in the future. In our homes, in bridges connecting our cities and in the cars of tomorrow. At SSAB, we are proud of our history and our leadership in high strength steel. At the same time, we are aware that steel production is one of the industries that emits the most greenhouse gases in the world. This must change. We have therefore developed the world's first fossil-free process for steel production and are committed to becoming largely fossil-free. As part of SSAB, you will play an important role in realizing this goal and thus contribute to the green transition of the entire steel industry.
