In your role as Welding Supervisor, you will contribute to safe, structured, and quality-assured welding operations. You will ensure that welding work is planned, carried out, and documented in accordance with applicable requirements, standards, and internal procedures. You will support production, maintenance, and engineering, and contribute to the development of work methods in this area.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Ensure that welding work complies with applicable requirements, standards, and internal procedures
• Be responsible for welding-related quality assurance and relevant documentation, such as WPS, WPQRs, and inspection records
• Support production, maintenance, and engineering with welding expertise during planning and follow-up
• Follow up on nonconformities, corrective actions, and competency requirements for welding personnel
• Participate in audits, inspections, and technical reviews related to welding and quality

About You

We are looking for someone with an interest in technology, a solid understanding of welding and quality, and the ability to work in a structured manner alongside other parts of the organization. We believe you have

• Experience with welding, welding operations, or technical work in industry, maintenance, or production
• Knowledge of welding processes, materials, documentation, and relevant standards, such as ISO 14731, ISO 3834, EN 1090, and/or PED
• Experience with WPS, WPQRs, welding plans, inspection plans, and quality documentation
• A structured approach to work, strong communication skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and long-term thinking

Education or certification such as IWS, IWT, IWE, or equivalent
