I am a man in my 30s looking for two responsible assistants for my user-directed personal assistance program (BPA) at night. I live in my own house. The night shift is from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. There is the possibility of a position up to 100%. A brief overview of user-directed personal assistance (BPA):
BPA is an alternative way to organize practical and personal assistance services for people with disabilities who have a significant need for assistance in daily life, both inside and outside the home. The goal is to help people who need assistance lead active and as independent a life as possible despite their disability. Under the BPA program, the user (or a close relative) acts as the supervisor and assumes responsibility for organizing and determining the scope of services based on their own needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Practical and personal assistance throughout the night as needed

Qualifications

• Relevant experience is preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian
• A valid police clearance certificate must be presented before starting work
• You have a Class B driver’s license

• You have good communication and teamwork skills
• You are caring and responsible
• You are independent, patient, and reliable
• Personal suitability and rapport with the client will be emphasized
