Stange Health and Care Center is looking for a committed, structured and service-minded caretaker for nursing homes. With us, you will have a central role in ensuring safe, functional and well-organized surroundings for residents, staff and visitors. The position is crucial for good operations, fire safety, emergency preparedness and effective handling of deviations - and contributes directly to the quality of the services we provide.
Stange Health and Care Center consists of five departments with over 100 institutional places and 10 full-time staffed care homes. We have clear ambitions to set the standard for environmental treatment and person-centered care, and a good physical environment is a prerequisite for this. As a caretaker with us, you will be an important partner in an interdisciplinary environment with a focus on quality, safety and development.
Tasks
- Perform and follow up practical operational and maintenance tasks at the nursing home
- Register, document and follow up messages, deviations and tasks in the municipality's digital systems
- Contribute to systematic HSE work, including fire protection, safety and internal control
- Follow up service agreements and be the point of contact with external suppliers when needed
- Contribute to the practical organization of premises and equipment
- Responsibility for patient-oriented services
- Collaborate closely with management and employees to ensure good and functional working conditions
- Maintain technical aids and relevant digital systems
- Participate in the municipality's improvement and development work within their own area of responsibility

- Have car responsibility and expect driving assignments in everyday work
Qualifications
- Relevant professional certificate and/or experience in operation, maintenance or technical subjects
- Good digital skills and ability to use PC/tablet and the municipality's digital systems for documentation and follow-up
- Good Norwegian skills, both written and oral
- Experience with independent work and prioritization of tasks in a busy workday
- Experience with collaboration with different professional groups and user groups
- Understanding of roles, responsibility and interaction in a municipal business
- Driver's license class B
