This is a joint advertisement for those who want to work as a temporary employee in Stange municipality.

In Stangeskolen, we regularly need temporary employees in short and longer temporary positions, both in school, SFO, and our adult education for foreign language learners who need Norwegian training and adults who need primary school.

• For school and adult education, we primarily want applicants with approved or started teacher training.
• For SFO , we primarily want applicants with a professional certificate in children's and youth work.
• Although relevant education is desirable, it is not a requirement.

• For teaching positions specifically: We ask you to state your professional expertise. It may vary somewhat which teaching subjects and teaching levels are needed.
• For all applicants: Specify which school you want to work at.
  

Your application will be active until 31.07.2026. In the event of employment, you must submit a valid police certificate in accordance with the Education Act § 10-9, as well as a tuberculin certificate.

Current candidates will be contacted by the principal of the individual school for an interview. Start and duration are agreed as needed. We assess applicants on an ongoing basis.

Working tasks

Working tasks may vary from school and at SFO, but a general overview is:

• Teaching.
  
• Follow-up of students' academic and social development.
• As a substitute teacher at Åkershagan training and activity center, they need substitutes who can guide, facilitate and provide assistance with activities for people with disabilities.
• You will be able to be linked to different stages and different tasks.

Qualifications

• Desirable with relevant education as a teacher or skilled worker, possibly started teacher training or professional certificate.
• We also encourage students in teacher training or child and youth work to apply.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience from teaching or working with children and young people is an advantage.
• Competence and experience in the use of digital tools in working with children, such as learning tablets, is desirable.
• Valid police certificate.
