Are you the one?

Become an important part of our team!

Are you looking for a meaningful job where you can help ensure safety, care, and restful nights for our residents? Then this might be the position for you.

Stange Health and Care Center is one of the municipality’s largest facilities, with 104 institutional beds and 10 care homes staffed around the clock. We consist of five departments offering both long-term somatic care and secure units for people with dementia. At our center, person-centered care and environmental therapy are at the core of our work, and we are proud to be a professional environment that is constantly evolving, with a strong commitment to quality and excellent services.

As a night shift worker with us, you’ll become part of a competent and inclusive work environment where collaboration and professional support are top priorities. To strengthen nighttime services, Stange Municipality established a dedicated Mobile Team (AT) in 2024. The team consists of nurses who assist institutions, home health care, and specialized services throughout the night. This provides you with security in your daily work and access to nursing expertise when the need arises.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working at night, likes to work independently, and at the same time values good teamwork. You are motivated by creating peace of mind, security, and care for people who need it most.
