Do you want to help shape the future of working life in Stange municipality? We are looking for an HR advisor who is motivated by developing good workplaces and who wants to take a central role in the municipality's strategic HSE work.
As an HR advisor, you will be a driving force for long-term HSE work, with the aim of developing and creating health-promoting workplaces. You take care of systems and structures related to HSE, while leading processes and facilitating development work. You are an important supporter of managers in their work on organizational and team development.
You will be part of HR and digitalization, an experienced professional environment with eight committed colleagues who work closely together. You'll work both strategically and operationally, with room to influence and develop.

Tasks
- Drive strategic and comprehensive HSE work, and be a driving force for long-term efforts to develop health-promoting workplaces.
- Improve and quality-assure systematic HSE work - in close collaboration with the parties and managers at all levels of the organization. This includes HSE annual cycles, procedures and routines, internal control and internal auditing.
- Conduct working environment surveys and contribute to systematic follow-up of the results.
- Assist companies with a focus on preventive working environment work, psychosocial working environment and operational party cooperation.
- Provide leadership support and leadership development for managers who want to create good workplaces.
- Facilitate processes in organizational development, team development and change and restructuring processes.
- Contribute to a good and targeted collaboration with the company health service, Nav Arbeidslivssenter and other partners.
Other tasks may be assigned to the position based on the organization's needs and your expertise.
Qualifications
- Education at a minimum of bachelor's level in HR, psychology, pedagogy, organization and management or equivalent
- HSE experience related to strategic development and long-term investment
- Understanding of systematic internal control and HSE work
- Experience in conducting development work and facilitating processes
- Good organizational understanding and ability to see connections
It is an advantage if you have:
- Relevant experience from HR within the municipal or public sector
- Professional weight within HSE, work environment and health-promoting workplaces
- Experience with supervision and management support
- Competence in team and and organizational development
