Are you the one?

Høgmyr residential community is in the midst of an exciting and forward-looking transformation. We are transitioning from a traditional long-term housing facility to becoming an active arena for collaboration and assessment, while continuing to provide our long-term residents with security and quality of care. This means you’ll work with both stable relationships and complex, time-limited processes.

Through shorter assessment stays, we’ll work purposefully to clarify functional levels, needs, and next steps. The goal is to provide users with the appropriate level of care and increased ability to manage their own lives. To achieve this, we are now building a professionally strong and robust environment. We already have skilled nurses, social care workers, skilled workers, and assistants with solid practical expertise. We are now seeking a nurse and a social care worker who want to be part of this professional transformation—and who enjoy actively contributing to the development of a service in transition.
