We are looking for skilled workers/assistants for Solvin and Breidablikk primary schools.
We are looking for skilled workers and assistants for shorter and longer temporary positions for the school year 2026/2027. Most of the positions are linked to SFO, but it may also be relevant to work in the school.
We want applicants with a professional certificate as a child and youth worker, but it is not a requirement.

Prospective candidates will be contacted by the principal of the individual school for an interview. Start date and duration will be agreed as needed. We consider applicants on an ongoing basis.
Tasks
- Together with other staff, you will contribute to the pedagogical work and ensure that the Education Act and the framework plan for SFO are fulfilled
- Together with other staff, you will work to ensure that children's needs for care and play are taken care of, and that the children's best interests are a fundamental consideration in all work
- Have responsibility for children who need special arrangements, with support from the SFO manager and principal
- Be a safe and warm caregiver and role model for the children
- Be a good language model for the children
- Share responsibility for creating a good collaborative climate for children and adults
- Collaboration with parents and other support services
Qualifications
- Certificate as a child and youth worker or other relevant education is required. and youth worker or other relevant education is desirable
- We also encourage students in teacher education or child and youth work to apply
- Good oral and written communication skills in Norwegian
- Experience from working/teaching with children and young people is an advantage
- A valid police certificate must be presented before starting

- Good at child-adult relationships, and committed to good cooperation with guardians, school/SFO and other employees
- The ability to see and take care of the individual child and the child's needs
- Good communication and collaboration skills
