Tilrettelagte tjenester (TT) is looking for holiday temps who want to work in connection with our summer holiday settlement 2026. As an employee of Tilrettelagte tjenester, you will be helping to give others a better everyday life, while at the same time giving yourself the opportunity to have an exciting working day with varied and challenging tasks. TT organizes and operates services for approx. 160 service recipients as either:

  • live in one of our 9 residential communities with co-located apartments
  • live outside residential communities in their own owned or rented apartments (services provided by ambulant coping team)
  • have relief at the municipality's relief center Tunbekkvegen (children 0-18 years)

The workplaces are located in Ottestad and Stange city center and the user group you will work with is people with disabilities who need assistance to varying degrees:

  • people with varying degrees of developmental disabilities
  • addiction problems and mental disorders
  • chronic and long-term illnesses or functional impairment with a need for 24-hour care and medical follow-up

Our focus is to give our users a meaningful everyday life that creates good lives with good quality of life and user participation. We have a high degree of professional quality in our services and you will have the opportunity to work with many competent employees. As a new temporary worker, you will participate in a training program before starting.

We offer different job sizes in different shift arrangements: two-part shifts with day/evening, shifts with night shifts or shifts with long shifts from morning to evening. It must be expected to work either the 2nd or 3rd weekend. Our primary need for summer vacation temps will be weeks 25-33. Please note that applicants who can work a minimum of 4 weeks during this period will be prioritized. After the holiday substitution has been completed, there may be opportunities for further engagement.

Work tasks

  • Practical assistance and guidance to our users/targeted environmental work, such as personal hygiene, help with meals, taking care of users' health, supervision, follow-up and observations
  • Facilitate users' self-management and development
  • Facilitate an active life and social participation
  • Practical tasks in residential communities/relief center
  • Ensure the necessary documentation in the municipality's professional and medical record system
  • Medication management; including, administration of medication and follow-up of medical procedures

Qualifications

We are particularly looking for:

  • Nurses and nurses and others with a 3-year health and social care or educational education- authorized health professionals
  • Students who are in a course of education in social care or nursing
  • Others with experience of working with users who have different assistance needs
  • It is desirable, but not a requirement, that you have previous experience of health and care

Note:

  • You must be over 18 years of age
  • A valid driver's license class B is desirable
  • Police certificate is required for employment
