Do you want a summer job in home health services?

We are looking for nurses, protective nurses, health professionals, students in health sciences and assistants as holiday temps in the summer of 2026.

Home health services in Stange municipality are divided into four zones by geography with specialized work teams in dementia and palliative care. The service also staffs practical assistance (home help), a residential community for people with dementia, a day center, a dementia team, and an ambulatory day activity offer.

With us, you will have the opportunity to become part of a skilled and cheerful work environment. Good training will be provided.

    We are now looking for summer temps for all zones from week 26-33 this summer. Write in your application in which period you can work. Applicants who can work 4 weeks or more are prioritized.

    Applicants will be contacted on an ongoing basis. It may be relevant with earlier start-up if desired.


    Work tasks

    A normal working day in home care can look like this:
    After the morning report, you drive out with the day's list on your phone. The list is usually both exciting and manageable, but sometimes something unforeseen can happen. There are varied tasks on your list, and these can typically be assistance with wound care, medicines and medicine dispensers, support stockings, guidance and assistance with grooming, showering and nutrition for assistants and healthcare professionals. For nurses and care assistants, it will also include nursing tasks both indoors and outdoors.

    Qualifications

    • Driver's license class B
    • Unskilled assistants and health care workers, nurses and protective nurses can apply. Students in health sciences/nursing/nursing care are also encouraged to apply.
    • It is desirable, but not a requirement, that you have previous experience in health and care.
    • Good Norwegian written and oral presentation skills
    • Mastery of ICT as a work tool
    • Police certificate required for appointment
