Duties
- Responsibility and co-responsibility for planning, documentation and assessment, as well as implementation of the educational work in line with the framework plan
- Responsibility and co-responsibility for organizing and leading the staff and work in the department.
- Responsibility and co-responsibility for leading and organizing work with the children, by supporting children's curiosity, learning and wonder.
- Create a good learning environment characterized by inclusion and recognition.
- Collaborate with external professional bodies.
- Facilitate good cooperation with parents.
Qualifications
- Approved education as a kindergarten teacher. For applicants with relevant education from countries other than Norway, approval of the education is required from the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training. Documentation of the approval must be enclosed with the application.
- Experience from similar work is desirable.
- Good Norwegian oral and written presentation skills (minimum Norwegian B level)
- Police certificate must be presented before appointment.
