About the role

As an electrician, you'll be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems. You will ensure that production equipment operates safely and efficiently, comply with safety regulations and work according to established procedures to support the plant's operational goals.

Your tasks

    Ensure safe working conditions by following applicable safety regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections of machinery, switchgear, motors, wiring and control systems.
  • Interpret drawings, electrical diagrams and technical documentation Participate in improvement work to increase reliability and efficiency in production.

Qualifications

  • High school education in electricity or equivalent competence.
  • Experience working as an electrician, preferably in industry or other technically advanced environment.
  • Good understanding of electrical systems, maintenance work and troubleshooting

  • Ability to work according to safety standards and instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of control systems and automation solutions is meritorious.
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Swedish is meritorious.

Our Boden site is located in the middle of a growing green industrial area in northern Sweden. Here we are building one of the world's most modern and sustainable steel mills. Just a ten-minute commute from the city center, it combines cutting-edge technology with proximity to the conveniences of everyday life.
