Maintenance Mechanic – Hydrogen Plant
As a Maintenance Mechanic in our hydrogen plant, you will be part of a highly skilled team dedicated to keeping our mechanical systems operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. This hands-on role involves the maintenance and repair of rotating equipment, pneumatic systems, piping, and other essential infrastructure that supports hydrogen production and storage. Working within a structured maintenance framework, you’ll troubleshoot issues, carry out scheduled servicing, and follow technical documentation to ensure high plant availability and performance.
You’ll apply industry-standard practices—including bolt tightening procedures in accordance with EN 1591-4—and conduct detailed visual inspections to detect mechanical wear or early signs of failure. Collaboration is key in this role: you'll work closely with control room personnel, engineers, and other departments to ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely and with minimal impact on plant operations. Your attention to detail, mechanical expertise, and ability to work systematically will directly contribute to plant safety and reliability.

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic with a strong background in mechanical maintenance and industrial operations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in mechanical maintenance within process-driven industries such as food production, water treatment, power generation, chemical manufacturing, or similar high-tech industrial settings. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with experience in maintaining rotating equipment, pneumatic systems, piping, and related infrastructure. A deep understanding of safety procedures and industry standards, is essential for ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.
