Your Future Role
At Sweco, you’ll be part of a team of 10 people. We’re based in Västerås, Örebro, Falun, and Gävle. We’re a diverse group with varied backgrounds, skills, and experiences who enjoy working together. We offer you an exciting position as a process engineer, working with clients in various process industries and energy production sectors. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in stimulating and rewarding assignments and project roles, with the chance to participate in projects from the preliminary study phase through to the completed facility. At Sweco, you’ll have the opportunity to work with many exciting clients, both large and small. We currently operate in a variety of industries, including energy, paper & pulp, pharmaceuticals, food, mining & steel, chemicals, and oil & gas.

Who we’re looking for—is that you?
We’re looking for someone with solid experience working as a process engineer in the process industry—and a desire to continue developing in this field. You thrive in a role that involves frequent customer contact, and you enjoy leading and coaching your colleagues to achieve even better results. Delivering projects on time and within budget is important to you, and you’re deeply committed to improving your work.
You have a relevant degree from a college or university, or equivalent experience gained through your professional career. We’re looking for someone with prior work experience in the chemical or energy sectors and many years of experience in the industry.
Experience in process and plant design, as well as a track record of doing business and leading projects, is a plus. If you have previous experience in a consulting role, we view that very positively

Working methodically and in a structured manner is important to you, and you share our enthusiasm for developing both our own business and that of our clients.
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish is required.
