Your future role
At Sweco's project management business, you will work with different types of projects, both in size and nature. The role as a consultant at Sweco means, among other things, that:
- Leading the joint work towards the overall goals of the project and reporting directly to the client
- Always strive to achieve the best results in our assignments, which requires a strong team and great enthusiasm, technical knowledge and cooperation
- Planning, implementing and following up the projects you lead
- Working with, among other things, calculations, schedules, descriptions, monitor case management, lead meetings, be responsible for financial follow-up, manage Sweco's assignments for clients and ensure that we comply with the requirements regarding time, cost and quality
- Build networks within and outside Sweco and develop customer relationships to sell your own assignments

The person we are looking for - is it you?
We imagine that you are a communicative and curious person who effectively seeks solutions. Developing yourself and helping to develop your colleagues and customers is high on your list. At Sweco, we value a good business approach as our contact areas are based on cooperation and good relationships, therefore we see that you are business-oriented and drive an ongoing effort to expand your networks.
We are looking for you who have:
- Civil or university engineering degree in civil engineering, technology or equivalent, or equivalent experience acquired from working life
- At least four years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, preferably in the role of project manager, project manager, construction manager and / or installation manager
- Experience from major new, extension or remodeling projects
- Previous experience of technology-heavy assignments
- Competence in PBL and AB/ABT
- A strong commitment to ensuring innovation and knowledge enhancement in technology, digitalization/AI and sustainability development
- A broad network of contacts in the construction and real estate industry
- It is meritorious if you are trained in BAS-P/U, certified inspector and/or inspection officer according to PBL
