We are now looking for an Administrative Coordinator/Communicator who wants to combine qualified administrative support to management and operations with operational communication work.
About the role
In this role, you will work broadly and cross-functionally with both administrative and communication tasks. You will have a particular focus on:
* Supporting management and operations with administrative coordination
* Responsible for document management, reports, contracts and meeting documentation
* Coordinating visits, events, conferences and internal trainings
* Collaborate in the daily communication work together with the Communication Officer
* Work operationally with communication in our channels - such as intranet, newsletter, web and social media
* Participate in the development of working methods, procedures and digital tools in administration and communication
You are part of Business Support and your immediate superior is the Head of HR. You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Communication and colleagues in Business Support, researchers and management functions.
Location is at our office in Luleå or in Stockholm, with the possibility of some remote work.
About you
We are looking for you who are enterprising, service-oriented and structured, with good language skills and a sense of communication in both speech and writing. You are confident in yourself and enjoy working independently as well as in close collaboration with others. With a flexible and relationship-building approach, you contribute to good collaboration in the organization.
You are able to adapt easily and handle varied tasks. You can smoothly switch between different tasks based on needs and situations, while maintaining your integrity and letting your values be a safe compass. It is important for us that you share our core values - collaboration, commitment, curiosity and integrity - as they form the basis of our entire business.
We expect you to have:
* High school diploma (theoretical)
* At least 5 years of experience in a qualified administrative and/or communication role
* Experience of working closely with management functions
* Very good written and oral communication skills, in Swedish and English
* Good IT skills and experience with digital tools
* Ability to independently manage, structure and prioritize your work
It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in administration or communication.
