Are you the one?
As a member of our workshop staff, you will be an important part of our team and work independently to support the research organization. The Pilot and Demo business area, to which you will belong, employs just over 40 people in Luleå and Stockholm. Those of us working in this business area are primarily technicians, industrial electricians, instrumentation engineers, and project engineers/researchers.   Who are you? You are a machine shop mechanic or have equivalent experience with at least 3–5 years of experience in relevant roles. It is important that you are skilled in and enjoy lathe work, as a large part of the job involves manufacturing test specimens from difficult-to-machine materials.   The job involves:
  • manufacturing test bars and other components
  • building parts for specialized equipment
Your qualifications:
  • Workshop experience, 3–5 years
  • CNC experience with programming
  • Lathe work, primarily CNC machining. Our machines are equipped with systems from Haas, Fanuc, and Okuma
