Your role in our team

As a business specialist in Process & Payment, you help ensure that our products, services and business work all the way - from business decisions to correct invoicing and payment. You have a holistic perspective on our customer, contract, invoicing and payment flows and work to ensure that processes, systems and working methods support both the needs of the business and current regulations.

In the role, you work with system management and development of our invoicing system in close collaboration with business and IT. You will participate in system upgrades, drive improvement initiatives and contribute to digital development that creates efficiency, quality and stability in our deliveries.

You are responsible for follow-up, quality assurance and regulatory compliance in the area, which means that you ensure that laws, industry requirements and internal guidelines are followed. The role also includes work with data management and analysis, internal control and participation in audit work. If necessary, you support colleagues through training and knowledge sharing in your area of responsibility.

You will be part of a team that together prioritizes, drives and solves assignments linked to our system solutions, where collaboration, personal responsibility and progress are central parts of the way of working.

To succeed in the role, you need:

  • Relevant academic education, for example in system science or economics

  • Good system understanding and ability to see the big picture

  • Experience in system upgrades

  • Experience in qualified specialist work in the energy industry or other regulated activities

  • Experience in billing processes, pricing models and follow-up, preferably in the energy market.

  • Experience of working with regulatory compliance, including monitoring and implementing legislative changes (e.g. Electricity Act, District Heating Act, GDPR, consumer law)

  • Experience of leading projects or assignments

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience in planning and implementing training in processes, systems and legal requirements.

  • Experience in developing and managing governing documents, guidelines and procedures.

  • Competence in structured process work and documentation of processes

  • Experience in analyzing the consequences of changes from a customer, process and system perspective

  • Basic knowledge of the energy market

Personal qualities:

You are analytical, structured and thorough, with the ability to see patterns and relationships in complex issues. At the same time, you are educational and communicative, and build trust through clear and trusting communication with different stakeholders. You have a good understanding of both business and operations, are solution-oriented in your approach and have the ability to see the big picture. When conditions change, you are flexible and adapt quickly to find sustainable solutions.
