Your role in our team You will be part of a newly created IT organization that will be a central part of Umeå Energi's digitization journey. You act with courage, commitment and curiosity.

As Head of Architecture and Integration with us, you will:

• Responsible for implementing an IT/system architecture for Umeå Energi.
• Maintain & develop necessary integrations in line with the overall IT strategy.
• Coordinate architecture management and collaboration between IT & the various operations.
• Have personnel responsibility for employees in several teams.
• Together with employees in your team, ensure that you have the right abilities and skills to take on today's and tomorrow's challenges.

You will be an important part of a committed team that always puts Umeå first. We are looking for you who have a strong background in IT and leadership with the ability to drive change and development.

We can be a good match if you:

• Have relevant academic education in Systems Science, Informatics, Industrial Economics, IT Management, Technical Computer Science or other education in combination with equivalent experience relevant to work in the IT organization's value flows.
• Have several years & current experience of working with IT architecture & / or system integration in complex IT environments.
• Has good knowledge and documented experience of working with IT strategy, digitization and governance models, preferably with insight into frameworks such as SAFe or similar.
• Has at least three years of leadership experience in IT in the last five years.
• Has documented experience of leading change work with good results for both employees and the business.
• Thrives in a changing business and sees opportunities where others see obstacles.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Education in leadership, change management or coaching/mentoring.
• Knowledge of integration platforms and tools for integration.
• Understanding of data quality, master data and information flows.
• Experience in managing integrations between internal systems and cloud services.
• Experience in the energy sector, municipal or public operations.
