Your mission

As a manager in fuel, you have an important role in creating the right conditions for your employees and you are responsible for all issues throughout the employee life cycle. You also have an important role in ensuring good fuel logistics. The fuel team includes crane operators, weighing station technicians, timber meters and fuel engineers. The role will involve, among other things:

• Employee appraisals/salaries/individual review meetings
• Distributed work environment responsibility and budget responsibility
• Recruitment and competence planning
• Driving change and development work based on set goals
• Strategic, tactical and operational planning and prioritization for the competence area
• Represent fuel in cross-functional forums
• Ensure good fuel logistics and storage
• Participation in management team work where you belong to a group with a number of managers and leaders in the sub-area
• Many contact areas, both internally with production, purchasing, our fuel strategist and throughout the fuel process as well as externally with contractors, suppliers, etc.

What does a day at work look like

Together with your team, you are responsible for deliveries, handling and quality of fuels and waste. Furthermore, you ensure proper storage based on turnover, fire safety and legal requirements. Handling and processing of fuels and residual products is part of the assignment and you ensure, together with production, a good mix into our plants.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• High school education in a relevant field or work experience deemed relevant
• Several years of experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility
• Documented experience of running and developing a business in change
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driving license B.

Advantageous

• A background in, for example, the energy industry, the forest industry, the waste industry, logistics
• Knowledge of IFS.
