We are now looking for a Tech Lead for our integration team. This role is for someone who wants to combine technical depth with leadership, influence, and the opportunity to shape how we approach integrations moving forward.

As a Tech Lead in Integration, you’ll be the technical guiding force of the team. You’ll set the direction for the integration area, guide developers in technical decision-making, and actively contribute to development yourself. The role involves close collaboration with architects, product owners, and the business, where you help translate needs into sustainable and value-creating solutions.

• Leading and coaching developers on the team in their technical development

• Designing and implementing scalable integration solutions where APIs are a central part of the architecture

• Ensuring scalability, performance, and security in the integration platform

• Driving and further developing automation in build and deployment flows (CI/CD), including pipeline optimization, test automation, and release processes

• Drive technical guidelines, coding standards, and best practices

• Ensure the secure and efficient use of modern development tools, such as AI tools

• Keep the technology stack up to date and ensure that solutions align with market trends and new frameworks

• Collaborate closely with product owners and the business to translate needs into sustainable technical solutions

• Contribute to roadmap planning, architecture discussions, and long-term technical initiatives

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical drive who enjoys helping others succeed. You’ve likely worked with integration and system development for several years and feel confident making technical decisions. At the same time, you’re curious, humble, and enjoy sharing your knowledge.

You thrive at the intersection of technology and business and have the ability to see both the details and the big picture. You’re just as interested in building the right solution as you are in understanding why it’s needed.

For you, technical leadership isn’t just a title—it’s something you demonstrate by setting direction, building trust, and helping the team grow.

• Several years of experience in integration and system development

• Experience with technologies such as REST, SOAP, event-driven architecture, Kafka, or similar technologies

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and modern development methods

• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services)

• Knowledge of security (OAuth2, TLS, etc.)

• Experience with agile methodologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills

• Experience with technical leadership or senior technical advisory roles in a development team

• Experience with MuleSoft and DataWeave

• A solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Experience in DevSecOps

• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or other critical infrastructure sectors

• Experience with microservices architecture
