Together we create a safe environment for the young people. You participate in planning and practical everyday tasks to create a structured and meaningful everyday life. You need to be able to cooperate with other parties such as the good man, school and social worker. Treatment assistant for the youth residence The youth accommodation accepts young people aged 16–20. At the accommodation, the young people must be trained and prepared for independent living and adult life. Together with the social worker, the young person and any guardian, you identify the young person's need for support and plan how the support is to be implemented. Treatment assistant at the assisted living facilities Bryggan and Hera Bryggan is a supported accommodation for men over 20 with alcohol and/or drug problems. Hera is a supported accommodation for women over the age of 20 with substance abuse and addiction problems. We would like for you to have previous experience in similar work. It is important that you have a high work ethic, are responsive and respect residents and colleagues. You can work both independently and in a group. We attach great importance to personal suitability. B driving license is a plus. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication delegation, good knowledge of Swedish is required, both spoken and written. Miscellaneous The working hours vary depending on the business and can be arranged during the day, evening, weekend, on-call night and awake night. You can work occasional hours or on a longer temporary basis. We have operations in Umeå, Hörnefors, Sävar, Holmsund/Obbola and Tavelsjö. Summer bonus in disability care If you work at least four weeks during the summer period, you may be entitled to a summer bonus. For you who are old-age pensioners and work in disability care, we offer an extra 25% in salary. This applies to single passes as well as employment with a monthly salary during the summer.
