Housing support is a practical, educational and social intervention that aims to make it easier for the individual to manage their everyday life. Housing support is an effort that provides support to engage, encourage and motivate the individual to independence by carrying out activities together with staff. The individual's specific needs determine what the intervention for housing support should look like and when the intervention should be carried out. Housing allowance can be given in ordinary housing or to people living in homelessness. According to proven experience, living support in one's own accommodation provides, among other things, an increased ability to cope with one's home life independently, increased participation in activities in society and an increased level of functioning.    We are now looking for a housing supervisor for the support team for housing support!  Your work assignments As a housing supervisor, you work daily with clients based on individual planning. You participate in and facilitate contact with various stakeholders, for example care providers, authorities and other social contacts, with the aim that the client can eventually develop the ability to cope with this more independently. You provide support to people with mental disabilities/diagnoses and neuropsychiatric diagnoses in and outside the person's home. At work, you must be helpful with, among other things; cleaning, laundry, social support and action. Collaboration within the team and with other units is a central part of the work. The work also consists of documentation and motivational work through, for example, evidence- and research-based methods such as An independent life (ESL), Motivating conversation (MI), Resources in the face of aggression (REISMA) and Clarifying pedagogy (TP). Housing support is carried out by planning together with the individual, developing strategies and carrying out various everyday tasks so that the individual can maintain or in the long term be able to carry out the tasks themselves based on their conditions.    About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse or who have another education that is considered equivalent, for example support pedagogue, sociologist, psychologist or occupational therapist. You must also have experience of working in healthcare.  It is advantageous if you have: - Further education in psychiatry and pedagogy - Experience of working in psychiatry/social psychiatry and/or educational/special educational activities - Experience of low-affective treatment in situations of threat and violence.  You must be able to keep calm and have a good attitude towards people who are under the influence, assertive and verbally aggressive. You have good cooperation skills and are able to work alone during sometimes stressful and stressful situations. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.  There are fur animals and smoking in the workplace, so you should not be allergic.  For this position, a B driving license is a requirement.  We look forward to hearing your application!
