The Social Services Reception Unit is now looking for a qualified, committed and service-oriented administrator who wants to contribute to a safe and accessible society.

About us
The Reception Unit is tasked with being the Social Services' first contact with citizens. We are responsible for telephone answering, reception, archives and mail handling and offer a fast, professional and empathetic service. Our workplace is characterized by cooperation, flexibility and a high level of commitment. We work closely with organizations within the Support and Care Administration and are an important part of creating early intervention and good administration.
About the role
As an administrator with us, you will be the face of our reception and telephone reception, providing guidance and support to citizens. The assignment can be varied at times and contain both simpler administrative tasks but also more complex cases that belong to the administration's tasks within the administration Support and Care.
About you
You are a person who enjoys meeting people and has a humanistic view of people. Furthermore, we see that you are careful and responsible and are not afraid to take initiative in your role. Understanding how to handle sensitive information and confidentiality is an important part of your profession. You may have experience of handling tasks related to payroll and working time legislation.
You also need to understand that you will be working in a dynamic work environment where there will be changes in priorities and stressful moments. Your willingness to contribute to a good working environment will therefore be important and we attach great importance to your personal qualities.
Competency requirements:
Secondary education or higher education relevant to the position, such as social administrator, secondary school economist or social worker.
A few years of experience in customer service, reception or administration, preferably in social services.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious knowledge:
Additional languages may be an advantage.
Experience with Treserva and Personec business systems.
Knowledge of practical management of working time legislation linked to payroll administration
