Within Real Estate, we are responsible for acquiring, managing and closing down premises for municipal operations. Today, we manage just over one million square meters in the form of schools, health and care facilities and cultural and leisure facilities. Real Estate is divided into four departments: Construction and Property Technology, Property Management, Property Operations and Administration and Strategic Support. Administration and Strategic Support is responsible for the rental administration of municipal premises and housing, purchasing and financial administration. We also carry out inspections of apartments and premises and are responsible for renovation work on apartments. The department also works with quality, environment, safety and legal requirements. One of our colleagues is retiring and we are now looking for a sharp administrator who wants to be an important part of the city's development! Your tasks As an administrator with us in real estate, you will mainly work with financial administrative tasks such as rebookings, handling of invoices, invoicing, orders, etc. You will also have the role of local purchasing and invoice support, which means that you will support users in the invoice management system. You will also support the real estate rental administration with tasks related to the process of acquisition, management and liquidation. Real Estate is a dynamic business where you will also have the opportunity to assist in other administrative tasks within the business. About you: To contribute and thrive in this work, we are looking for you who have: Secondary education with a specialization in finance or other knowledge we as an employer consider equivalent. professional experience in similar tasks in financial administration experience in rental administration, this is an advantage. We are looking for you who appreciate and contribute to good cooperation, you have good communication skills and are used to interacting with others, both colleagues and customers. As a person, you are responsible and careful, you enjoy administrative tasks and have a good ability to work in a structured way.
