Would you like to make a difference?
The Social Services Reception Unit is now looking for two qualified, committed and service-oriented administrators who want to contribute to a safe and accessible society. We offer a meaningful and varied job where you meet people, solve problems and provide support to both citizens and colleagues.
About us
The Reception Unit is tasked with being the Social Services' first contact with citizens. We are responsible for telephone reception, reception, archive and mail management as well as administrative support to managers and social secretaries. Through cooperation, flexibility and a high level of service, we contribute together to ensuring that the business as a whole can be conducted legally secure and that citizens receive good treatment and the right effort at the right time.
About the role
The role involves a broad administrative and service-oriented assignment with a focus on telephone reception, reception, archive and mail management and administrative support for social secretaries. As an administrator/receptionist, you are the spider in the web and the face of the organization. You meet citizens daily via reception and telephone, where you provide guidance, information and guide people through the organization. Administrative tasks include, among other things, setting up new cases, handling the release of documents and reviewing invoices, and performing checks in the payroll system. The assignment is varied and includes both simpler, routine administrative tasks and tasks that are more complex.
About you
We are looking for you who thrive on meeting people and have a humanistic view of people. You are meticulous, structured and responsible and like to take initiative. You need to have an understanding of how to handle sensitive information and confidentiality, and be aware that you are working in a dynamic work environment where reprioritization and stressful moments and unforeseen events occur. You will be a good team player but also able to work independently and have good communication skills. We attach great importance to your personal suitability.
