We have a shared strategy for education in our municipality: to create a cohesive educational pathway that contributes to greater equity, improved academic outcomes, and attractive educational opportunities. Here, all children, young people, and adults should have the opportunity to reach their full potential and develop their knowledge and skills. We know that this relies on dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional staff who provide high-quality instruction. We make a difference every day and are proud of our mission. We have Sweden’s most important job—our mission is to give young people hope for the future.

At Hagaskolan, you’ll work in a stimulating environment where the students’ curiosity and development are at the center. Here, you’ll become part of a dedicated team where we work together to create a safe and enriching daily life for our students.
Your Responsibilities
Your role as an after-school program teacher is to provide a meaningful after-school experience based on the students’ needs, interests, and initiatives, while also inspiring new discoveries. Together with your colleagues, you will offer students a variety of approaches, forms of expression, and learning environments where care and learning are integrated. You will collaborate with educators in preschool and school settings and teach to help students achieve their goals. Contact and collaboration with guardians is an important part of the job. You may also be assigned duties as a recess supervisor.
About You
