We are now looking for a teacher in after-school care!

Employment information

The employment is for a permanent position, full-time, starting as soon as possible by agreement.

Your tasks

Your task as a teacher in after-school care is to offer a meaningful leisure time where you are based on the needs, interests and initiatives of the students but also inspire new discoveries. Together with your colleagues, you offer students a variety of working methods, forms of expression and learning environments where care and learning are integrated. You collaborate with educators in the preschool class and in school to contribute to the achievement of pupils' goals. Contact and cooperation with guardians is also an important part of the work.

In this position, you will also work as a break guard and possibly have IT responsibility for student computers.

About you

You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents, have the ability to vary teaching and activities based on student needs. You are a confident adult and a good role model who has the ability to connect with students, see each individual and create a good learning environment. You motivate students by allowing them to participate and make their own suggestions. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Requirements

• Legitimized teacher / applied for a teaching license with the right to teach in after-school care
• Valid extract from the criminal record
• Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing

Advantageous

• Experience of working with children and young people
• Experience of working in after-school programs
