Employment information The employment is for a permanent position, full time, starting 2025-10-01 or by agreement. Your work tasks In the after-school program, you work pedagogically and in close collaboration with teachers and resource educators in both school and preschool class. Collaboration with teachers and parents is an important part of the work. The work also includes working as a resource in grades F-6. Together with your colleagues in the after-school program, you will be involved in developing schoolyard learning and creating an inspiring learning environment for the students. You plan, document, implement and follow up the activities in a systematic way, always with the students' needs and development in focus. Relational pedagogy forms the basis of our activities and is thus an important starting point in your work at Bullmark School. About you You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents, have the ability to vary teaching and activities based on students' needs. You are a confident adult and a good role model who has the ability to connect with students, see each individual and create a good learning environment. You motivate students by allowing them to participate and make their own suggestions. You have good cooperation skills with colleagues, guardians and external parties. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
