Ersängsskolan is located in Östra Ersboda and is a multicultural F-9 school that is divided into several smaller schools. In total there are about 360 pupils at the school. Your work tasks Your task as a teacher in the after-school program is to offer a meaningful leisure time where you start from the students' needs, interests and initiatives but also inspire new discoveries. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up and evaluating the after-school program Mångubben. The tasks thereby include: Scheduling for the staff Work management for the staff group Collaboration with leisure developers in our leisure time for adapted primary school grades 1-6 Planning and taking responsibility for leisure meetings at Mångubben Collaboration with the principal Participate in school meetings for students who have a place at Mångubben Ordering materials, snacks, etc. School collaboration Contact with guardians You will help students in the food situation and toilet visits. An important part of the work is also to guide and model social interaction. About you You are familiar with the school's governing documents, have the ability to vary teaching and activities based on students' needs. You are a confident adult and a good role model who is able to connect with students, see each individual and create a good learning environment. You motivate students by allowing them to participate and make their own suggestions. You have good cooperation skills with colleagues and external parties.
