Ersängsskolan is located in Östra Ersboda and is a multicultural F-9 school that is divided into several smaller schools. In total there are about 400 pupils at the school. There is also a customized primary school focusing on subject areas and resource classes for the entire municipality. Employment information The employment refers to a temporary position, full time, with planned start 2026-01-07 until 2026-12-31. Your tasks In this position, you will work and teach in the after-school program, collaborate in grades F-3 and teach sports and health for grades 1-2. In collaboration with other teaching groups and resource educators, you systematically plan, document, implement and follow up the needs and progress of the students to ensure an activity that supports students' development and learning in accordance with the curriculum for the recreation center, where sustainability issues have a natural place. About you You are familiar with the school's governing documents, have the ability to vary teaching and activities according to pupils' needs. You are a confident adult and a good role model who has the ability to connect with students, see each individual and create a good learning environment. You motivate students by allowing them to participate and make their own suggestions. You have good cooperation skills with colleagues and external parties. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
