We are now looking for a teacher in after-school care who wants to contribute to a meaningful and safe everyday life for our students! Employment information The employment is for a permanent position, full time, starting as soon as possible by agreement. We apply probationary employment. Your work tasks As a teacher in after-school care at Linblomman, you will be an important addition to our team and will have a varied but complex assignment. You work both in your own teaching and in close collaboration with other teaching staff. This means that you have a good ability to plan and implement teaching yourself or together with others. You also provide direct support to individual students in the role of student assistant and work in our leisure activities. You teach in full class or half class based on the needs of the business and are at the same time an important educator at the leisure home where you contribute to a safe, stimulating and learning environment. The assignment also means that you work in a team, where you continuously analyze, develop and improve the business. About you You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents, have the ability to vary teaching and activities based on students' needs. You are a confident adult and a good role model who has the ability to connect with students, see each individual and create a good learning environment. You motivate students by allowing them to participate and make their own suggestions. You have good cooperation skills with colleagues and external parties. Experience of working in after-school programs is desirable. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
