Employment information The employment is for a temporary position, full time, with planned start as soon as possible by agreement until 2026-06-12. Possibility of part-time service of 80% is available. Your tasks As an after-school teacher, you will work to provide students with meaningful leisure time based on their needs, interests and initiatives, while introducing new activities and learning opportunities. The position is based in a department with pre-school students. During the school day, you will teach physical education and be responsible for planning and implementing various extracurricular activities. The assignment also includes some responsibility for students in need of special support. In the afternoons, you work in the after-school program. About you You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents, have the ability to vary teaching and activities based on students' needs. You are a confident adult and a good role model who is able to connect with students, see each individual and create a good learning environment. You motivate students by allowing them to participate and make their own suggestions. You have good cooperation skills with colleagues and external parties. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. Requirements Qualified teacher/applied for a teaching license with the right to teach in after-school programs Experience of working with children Valid extract from the criminal record Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing We consider it an advantage in this position if you have experience of working in a recreation center and/or can teach the subject of sports.
