Your work tasks Your task as a teacher in after-school programs is to offer a meaningful leisure time where you start from the students' needs, interests and initiatives but also inspire new discoveries. Together with your colleagues, you offer pupils a variety of working methods, forms of expression and learning environments where care and learning are integrated. You collaborate with educators in the preschool class and in school to contribute to the achievement of pupils' goals. Contact and cooperation with guardians is an important part of the work. About you You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents, have the ability to vary teaching and activities based on students' needs. You are a confident adult and a good role model who has the ability to connect with students, see each individual and create a good learning environment. You motivate students by allowing them to participate and make their own suggestions. You have good cooperation skills with colleagues and external parties.
