Day activities are an assisted intervention and are aimed at people living in ordinary housing and diagnosed with dementia. The activities help to ensure that the person can continue to live a good life with a maintained quality of life, maintain functions and abilities, and remain in their own home for as long as possible. The day care centers also provide respite care for family members. Violen is a day activity with a social focus. The target group is people living in ordinary housing who are socially isolated and in need of social stimulation. The activities at the day activities are based on the users' interests and needs. We are now looking for a substitute assistant nurse, a job where you, together with colleagues, can contribute to a meaningful everyday life! Your work tasks You work with a person-centered approach and a rehabilitative approach. You are responsible for supporting the participant, collaborating with their relatives and with other actors. A contact person is appointed for each participant in the day activities and is responsible for drawing up an implementation plan and using a checklist to ensure a person-centered approach. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with experience in elderly care and work with dementia diseases. Your encounter with users requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You demonstrate a high level of commitment to both users and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. You have a good ability to cooperate and interact with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
