Holmsund's nursing home is centrally located in Holmsund with direct proximity to a health center, pharmacy and grocery store. We have good opportunities for outdoor living thanks to balconies and patios and a shared courtyard. The building has three floors and houses 59 apartments. Holmsunds vård- och omsorgsboende consists of six units; three group homes, a short-term unit, a service house department and a group home located in Obbola. We are now looking for two assistant nurses to join our team at Älvkungen in Obbola and Atlas in Holmsund! Your work tasks As an assistant nurse with us, you assist the residents with personal care and, on delegation from the responsible nurse, perform medical tasks. The tasks also include documenting actions and health status. We are looking for you who, through good treatment and a professional approach, assist our residents in their everyday lives. You work based on the assignment as a contact person, where the resident's participation is in focus. This ensures that efforts are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. Working hours are day/evening and weekend. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse or equivalent and who have extensive experience of working in healthcare. Your encounter with the residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You show a great commitment to both users and activities in all relationships and actions. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. You have a good ability to cooperate and interact with colleagues, relatives and other professions.
