The night patrol's customers are of all ages from 18 years and upwards and with different needs for interventions, examples of interventions that the night patrol performs are personal care, supervision and health care interventions. The night patrol's goal is to provide security and care to those who need interventions at night. Your tasks As an assistant nurse in the night patrol, you carry out planned visits and answer security alarms during the night and carry out supervision via security camera. Together, our mission is to enable the elderly or disabled person to remain in their home for as long as they wish. You work on the basis of the mission, where the customer's participation is in focus. This ensures that interventions are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. The night patrol is a large team with colleagues of all ages, hence the importance of good collaboration skills. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse and who have experience in home care, preferably night patrol and experience in answering security alarms. As a person, you have personal maturity, are responsive and empathetic to other people. You show a great commitment to both customers and the business in all relationships and actions. In order for you to be able to communicate with customers, relatives and colleagues, write and read documentation and obtain medication, you must have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. It is also important that you have good technical and computer skills. We attach great importance to personal suitability. The work is carried out by car and therefore we have a requirement for a B driving license. As there may be animals and smoking in the workplace, you should not be allergic.
