Your work tasks You will assist the residents with personal care, food, cleaning, etc. Your role also includes performing medical tasks on delegation from the nurse in charge. The tasks also include documenting actions and health status. You work on the basis of the assignment as a contact person where the resident's participation is in focus. In this way, you ensure that interventions are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse. You have previous experience of working in special housing. We see it as an advantage in this position if you have knowledge and experience of people with dementia. We place great emphasis on personal suitability in this recruitment. In your encounter with the residents, you are required to be empathetic, driven and solution-focused, as well as possessing personal maturity. You show great commitment to both users and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and have a good ability to cooperate and interact with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. Heavy lifting occurs, transfer aids must be used.
