Your work tasks You will assist the resident with personal care and, on delegation from the nurse in charge, perform medical tasks. The tasks also include documenting actions and health status. As a contact person, you are responsible for ensuring that the goals and actions from the implementation plan are known and carried out. We are looking for you who, through good treatment and a professional approach, assist our residents in their everyday lives. You work based on the assignment as a contact person, where the resident's participation is in focus. This ensures that efforts are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. Working hours are day, evening and weekend. About you For the position of assistant nurse, we are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with experience in the profession. If you are applying for the position as a nursing staff, you have experience of care work, it is advantageous if you also have care training. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Due to sparse public transport to the workplace, we would like you to have a B-driving license and access to your own car, or alternatively that you live in Sävar. However, this is not a requirement if you can get to the workplace in other ways. Your encounter with residents requires good professional skills based on maturity, responsibility and a well-developed empathic ability. You show a strong commitment to both the residents and the organization, which is reflected in your relationships and actions. You work independently and show patience and initiative in different situations. You also have a very good ability to cooperate and interact with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. We attach great importance to personal suitability. Furry animals (dogs) and smoking may be present in the workplace, so you should not be allergic. Heavy lifting is involved, transfer aids must be used. Other duties Assistant nurse: one post for an indefinite period, full-time, from 2026-06-01. Nursing staff: one post for a special fixed-term contract, full-time, from April 27, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
