Solbacken care home is located close to nature in the Backen area. The building was built in 2007 and there are 48 apartments spread over three floors. The apartments are divided into groups of 8 in each. Each group has a kitchen, a dining area and a TV corner. There is also a large balcony adjacent to each group. Solbacken has a garden with a patio adjacent to the building. Solbacken is an intraprenad. We are now looking for an assistant nurse! Your tasks You will assist residents with personal care and perform medical tasks as delegated by the nurse in charge. The work also includes documenting measures and health conditions. As a contact person, you are responsible for ensuring that the goals and actions from the implementation plan are known and carried out. Through good treatment and a professional approach, you assist our residents in their everyday lives. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with experience of working in elderly care. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Your encounter with the residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You show great commitment to both users and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently, are patient and show initiative. You have the ability to cooperate with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. Other information - 1 full-time position (100%) for permanent employment with working hours during the day, evening and weekend. Appointment by agreement.
