One of your main responsibilities is to ensure the quality of nursing work by ensuring compliance with procedures and guidelines such as workflows. An important part of the assignment is to supervise existing and new staff by providing continuous feedback, support and training in daily work, with the aim of promoting both individual and group development. In your role as a supervising nurse, you will work in an educational, efficient and professional manner. The role includes daily documenting, following up on interventions and analyzing the effects. You will also support employees with specific administrative tasks/roles such as implementation plans, various assessments and be responsible for certain areas yourself. Working hours are mainly during the day, but some evening and night shifts may occur by agreement. The service also includes work every 6th weekend according to schedule. About you We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse and have solid experience of nursing work and elderly care. We would like to see that you have experience of having a supervisory function or other leadership experience. Knowledge of dementia and experience of working with people with dementia is also an advantage. We attach great importance to personal suitability. You have a pedagogical ability and an empathetic disposition, combined with humility and a strong commitment to residents, colleagues, relatives and other professionals. You enjoy working independently, are patient, take initiative and have excellent interpersonal skills. In addition, you are structured and have well-developed analytical skills. This position requires a very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Smoking may occur in the workplace so you should not be allergic.
