The group room is located in the City Hall area, directly adjacent to bus stops. Your work tasks As a home care nurse, you are responsible for planning and carrying out care work in people's own homes. The aim is to enable the elderly or disabled person to remain in their home for as long as they wish. All our employees take joint responsibility for ensuring that the work is of good quality and follows the assistance decisions and implementation plans that are part of the assignment, where the individual's participation is in focus. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse and who have experience of working in health and social care. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. As there may be animals and smoking in the workplace, you should not be allergic. In order to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. As a person, you have high integrity, are responsive and empathetic and enjoy working independently. You show commitment both to the users and to the business in all relationships and actions. Other information - The service refers to a permanent position from 2025-10-01 or by agreement. Working hours are scheduled for days and evenings with weekend service.
