With us, you work in a small, central area where we can easily get to our users without a car. Our team room is located in the City Hall area, within easy reach of bus stops. Your tasks As a home care assistant, you will be responsible for planning and carrying out care work in people's own homes. The aim is to enable the elderly or disabled person to remain in their home for as long as they wish. All our employees take joint responsibility for ensuring that the work is of good quality and follows the assistance decisions and implementation plans that are part of the assignment, where the individual's participation is in focus. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with experience of working in healthcare, preferably from home care. As a person, you have high integrity, are responsive and empathetic and enjoy working independently. You show commitment both to the users and to the business in all relationships and actions. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. In order to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, you must have a good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. As there may be animals and smoking in the workplace, you should not be allergic. Other information Working hours are day, evening and weekend.
