We have an outdoor environment with two large patios, generous balconies on each floor and good opportunities for outdoor living. The building has three floors with 96 rooms/apartments. We are now looking forward to welcoming three assistant nurses to our team! Your tasks With a professional approach and good treatment, you assist our residents in their everyday lives. The resident's co-determination is in focus and you help to ensure that efforts are carried out, with good quality, according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. You will assist with, among other things, nursing, personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals and other services. Heavy lifting occurs, transfer aids must be used. The tasks also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation by the responsible nurse. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with experience of working in elderly care and dementia care. Your encounter with the residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You demonstrate a strong commitment to both users and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. You have the ability to cooperate with colleagues, relatives and other professions. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain probe/medicine delegation, you must have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Smoking and furry animals may be present in the workplace, so you should not be allergic. Other information - 3 positions for permanent full-time employment.
