We are now looking for two assistant nurses for the care home pool and two assistant nurses for the home care pool! Your tasks As a member of our elderly care pool, you will work as a substitute in all areas, for example in the event of short-term absence. You will follow the daily schedule assigned to you at the beginning of the shift. You administer medicines as delegated by a nurse and document in Treserva in accordance with the organization's procedures. The pool is available day and evening every day of the week. The weekend shifts are distributed to every third weekend and there are no split shifts. About you We are looking for you who are a trained nurse and who have solid experience in the profession. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. As a person, you have high integrity, are responsive, empathetic and you enjoy working independently. You show a great commitment to both our elderly and the business in all relationships and actions. You are responsible and solution-oriented, you ensure that you have the information you need to do your job safely. Working in the Pool requires you to be flexible and understand that adjustments may need to be made based on the needs of our elderly and the business. The position requires a B driving license and access to your own car. We have operations in Umeå, Hörnefors, Sävar, Holmsund, Obbola and Tavelsjö. Heavy lifting occurs, transfer aids must be used. Two positions are located in the care home pool and the remaining two in the home care pool. Access according to agreement. Temporary placement or probationary period may be applied to ensure that the necessary requirements for employment can be met in the form of being able to receive delegation from a nurse. Salary supplement for placement in the pool is paid at SEK 2792/month. Salary supplement for employees who use their own car for transportation from home to the workplace is paid at SEK 1329/month.
